  • For pitchers, our specialized pitching tunnels offer a controlled space to refine mechanics, develop new pitches, and build arm strength. High-speed cameras and motion analysis technology allow pitchers to dissect and optimize their delivery, ensuring precision and consistency on the mound.

Our strength and conditioning area is equipped with cutting-edge fitness equipment tailored to baseball-specific training programs.   • The Dugout Performance Centre is changing the game in Regina and surrounding area with its membership services. Dugout members will enjoy unlimited access to our members only cage lane that will be open to use and train with other members. This is for MEMBER HITTING LANE & ACCESS TO THE GYM. If you are wanting to use other lanes like the pitching lane or fielding area, this has to be booked and paid for according to the price. Membership does come with responsibility. We fully expect our members to be positive ambassadors of our brand and leaders in the facility, on the diamond and in the community.

  • Parents and spectators can enjoy a comfortable viewing area equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing them to follow the action and stay connected while their athletes train. The REAL District offers change room facilities, locked storage, washrooms, on-site coffee and food vendors with exceptional parking and accessibility.

  • Led by former MLB and Team Canada pitcher Dustin Molleken, Find A Way Training focuses on building strong, smart, and resilient athletes. With nearly two decades of professional experience, Dustin brings big-league knowledge to every session-helping players improve mechanics, velocity and mental toughness.

Trevor Weir
Founder

Born and raised in Regina, Trevor is a police officer who has dedicated himself to the community through over 15 years of coaching sports. A certified NCCP coach through baseball Canada, in 2023, he was honored with the titles of Baseball Saskatchewan Coach of the Year and Baseball Canada's Grass Roots Coach of the Year. Passionate about developing strong, confident young adults, he believes in the transformative power of sports lessons.

Married to his biggest supporter, Jodie, and with two boys excelling in high-level baseball, the family has enjoyed opportunities to play across North America, including tournaments in Las Vegas, Arizona, and the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. His oldest son completed his baseball career playing 18U AAA and his younger son who excels at baseball, plays for team Saskatchewan and recently has moved up as an under age player to the 18UAAA White Sox. Trevor is also the proud founder and coach of the successful Regina Dusters Baseball Club. In 2023, the team clinched victory at the prestigious Best of the West tournament in Kamloops, British Columbia. He has a firm coaching style and commitment to fostering not just athletes but confident, capable individuals.

Founder

Kenny, a respected entrepreneur in Regina, is known for his generosity and community spirit. Alongside his wife, Camille, he actively supports their two boys in 18U baseball. Their youngest son, Matthew, has excelled, representing Team Saskatchewan at various tournaments and attending Toronto Blue Jays prospect ID camps. This close-knit family is celebrated for their kindness and contributions to the community.
